47 years to get the title or should i say bought the title and even then they got lucky and only won it on goal difference in extra time... what chance do the rest of us have with teams like that.... all but 4 teams are in the premiership to make the numbers up and not like it was when we were last in the top flight where every team had a chance of winning the title. its gone like scottish football where you can bet on just two teams years in advance...Id like to see the powers that be figure out a system where its a much fairer league....how i dont have a clue but something needs to be done when a team can pay players £200k/week and still be £100 million plus in debt...

Probably, the only way would be like the NFL draft picks. The team that has the worst record gets first choice of the players coming out of the college system. Over a long term cycle, each team tends to come to the top and then fall away again. However, I don't see that system ever working in professional football as the set-up is completely different. And there's no promotion and relegation in the NFL.
Wouldn't work...too much player power. The new Financial Fair Play Rules will definitely help imo, but you'll never stop mega rich guys owning clubs and throwing money at it.
