Right, I never do this, but I'm predicting a 5-0 win for us. With a Downing hat-trick!

2-1 to the Swans. Great atmosphere and the players will want to go out with a bang.

This Elvis is leaving the building.... looking forward to a party atmosphere at The Liberty today. Keep an eye out, I will be the one with an Elvis wig and glasses on. Enjoy the thread lads and respects to the 'Pool and their fans for helping us out in our darkest hours a few of decades ago.

Swansea 2-1 winners. Thank you very much.

Happy with that. Good to Shelvey given a start.

Carroll needs a big game to get in the England frame.

Liverpool Team To Face Swansea City.

Doni, Kelly, Carragher, Agger, Johnson, Henderson, Shelvey, Maxi, Downing, Carroll, Suarez.

SUBS: Jones, Enrique, Coates, Kuyt, Spearing, Sterling, Bellamy.

Right, a slightly changed team. Reina misses out due to illness so Doni comes in. Skrtel & Gerrard have slight knocks so aren't in the 18. Carroll & Suarez start up-front as Shelvey and Henderson continue in the middle. Kelly also in at right-back.

Sterling is on the bench again!

EDIT: Beat me to it addz!

    He had nose surgery.

And this is what Martin thinks about this game: "We wanted to show our fans that we are capable of winning against Chelsea and I guess we showed them just that. If we had more luck it could have been even better. Now we play our last game against Swansea but I will not take part in this game since I underwent a minor surgery. There was still a small fracture in my nose so the doctors did repair it."

Think Shelvey has been a real bright spark this season. Been impressed with him since his loan spell, confident on the ball, always looks forward and has decent technique as shown with his volley against Chelsea.

Think we need to take advantage of the loan system more and more of our young players out on loan to decent footballing championship / lower Premiership teams. Players like Sterling, Suso, Wisdom need some game time in competitive football.

Good to see Kelly starting. I think he's excellent. It's great to see the youngsters in Shelvey starting and maybe Sterling getting some time.

I'd like Henderson and Downing to pay back some of the managers faith in them.

If Henderson does ever step up, at least he has gained a lot of experience from this year.

Swnasea City Team To Face Liverpool.

Vorm, Rangel, Caulker, Williams, Taylor, Allen, Sigurdsson, Britton, Dyer, Sinclair, Graham.

SUBS: Tremmel, Tate, Routledge, Monk, Moore, Gower, Edwards.

So, Britton returns to the Swansea line-up today. Strong line-up for Brendan Rogers as it looks like a 4-3-3 today. Sigurdsson starts and youngster Gwion Edwards gets a place on the bench and could make his debut.

Been looking forward to this match. I'd like us to win, but I think we'll draw 1-1. Siggy and Suarez to score for each side.

19 year old Gwion Edwards on the bench...debut for him? Liverpool seem to be rolling out a few youngsters too.
