I didn't make it up, Davidako and Bringbackfootie both saw it. Once it's gone viral, it's out there I'm afraid.

    Love it.

Can I just point out that I don't think Redknapp is a clown (as a manager anyway), just that to call Dalglish a 'clown of a manager' after all he has achieved (participially being an expert tactician of the back pass) is rather laughable (especially when you consider he has won more league titles as a manager than Spurs have in their entire history, before or after the back pass rule).

Apologies for the exclusion of the Intertoto and League One crown.

Don't even bother mate, you're wasting your time. It's all in the past so it doesn't count. Not quite sure how you are supposed to talk about things you may win in the future. That's if your Liverpool of course, as the spuds seem to think finishing fourth equates to winning something.

Thank you for underlining what a petty imbecile you are.

Wipe the tears from your eyes, gaf, and get over the fact you are an idiot, and that you made an idiotic statement that you have been publicly humiliated for. The fact you are acting more and more pissy about it justifies the fact we laughed at you and your idiotic comment then, and your reaction is making it even more funny because you're just showing what all Liverpool fans are: deluded, vindictive, incapable of taking responsibility for their actions, and permanently playing the victim.

The quote stays, as does every other quote on there. You know why? Because they prove Liverpool fans don't know that they're deluded. I could easily make up a comment from you to stick on there, but I won't - because it would be better written than any of the crap you come up with, which would defeat the purpose of reminding you that you are an ignorant prick.

Why don't you put the correct and full quote in your sig? I'm more than happy for you to do that, but that would show it in context and make you look a fool wouldn't it?

Also, I thought you didn't go in for personal abuse? Getting tetchy are we?

That's the issue, though - he's out of step with the modern game, and it does show with the way he's built the team.

In many ways, the way he's set up Liverpool in 2011-12 is the way he set up Blackburn in 1994-5. A lot of the squad are similar in their roles and style of play:
    Reliable goalkeeper: Pepe Reina/Tim Flowers
Give-it-all centre back: Jamie Carragher/Colin Hendry
Solid centre back: Martin Skrtel/Ian Pearce
Full back that can whip in crosses: Jose Enrique/Graeme Le Saux
Midfield engine room: Steven Gerrard/Tim Sherwood
Wingers that can cross: Stewart Downing/Jason Wilcox
Battling centre forward: Andy Carroll/Alan Shearer
Cynical cheating bastard up front: Luis Suarez/Alan Shearer

It worked for Blackburn because, at that time, it was still possible to mount a title challenge with a team based on guts and glory as long as the journeymen in the squad have a good goalkeeper behind them and the proper firepower up front (Newcastle in 95-6 is another example), but that isn't the case these days. It is the case in the Championship, where you can gain promotion based on a carefully cultivated group of journeyman pros as long as you get the elements right, but in the Premier League that won't get you above mid-table.

Somebody makes a reasoned comment, they get a reasoned response - this is how debate works.

For example, several times I have pointed out to you (in a reasonable manner) that finishing fourth in the Premier League does equate to winning something, as doing it means your club has secured qualification to the Champions League - which cannot be done if a team finishes fifth - and qualification gives a club access to the financial rewards within, which I have also listed on here. You'd be deluded to pretend otherwise - not least because Liverpool have never qualified for the Champions League by winning the Premier League (unlike Man Utd, Blackburn, Arsenal and Chelsea) so it's more than a little rich to make jibes about where other clubs finishing.

If you don't realize how deluded you are, you aren't in a position to ask for anything - apart from your medication.

You are a petty imbecile, gaf, and you are an ignorant prick.

Pretty rich you saying other members are getting tetchy when you post an abusive PM you sent to another member...

I agreed last time you stated it that finishing fourth generally gets you CL qualification, though maybe not this year. But as I also said before winners finish first not fourth.

That other member was you though you say you didn't receive it. Then you have a go at me for dishing out personal abuse, which I don't deny. What are you doing now then?

Please put my original quote in your sig, and we can end all this bollocks. That's all you have to do. Admit you are lying and then we can all move on. The quote is just above for all to see, you're only making yourself look silly. X

Liverpool have never finished first in the Premier League during the Champions League era, thus they aren't winners - yet you never seem to remember that each and every time every time you make jibes about us celebrating finishing fourth as if it means something (even though it does, thanks to the efforts of the G14 clubs to make the Champions League their own personal cash cow, and as members of this group that means Liverpool were actually asking for runners-up to play in the tournament even though they didn't even manage that until 2002, four years after runners-up from the Premiership, Serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, and Eredivisie were allowed in)

Somebody gets abusive, they get it right back. That's how telling someone to attempt to do something physically impossible with their genitalia and their anal sphincter works...

How about a compromise - can we agree on "At least Liverpool fans are not delusional..."?

  15. Stupidity doesn't get any better with age. It gets worse, in fact. When gaffe is 50, he'll be twice as stupid as he is today.

    Let's start with...
(If you want to talk about obsession, try not to do it when commenting on Spurs threads on the Arsenal board...)

And, of course, your quote in my sig.

Are you misquoting him too, because from what I can see, his quote in your sig is 100% true.

What have Liverpool done of late to justify their fans' crowing that they're Man Utd's main rival for trophies? And when have Spurs fans spent months saying the next season will be "our year"?

Why do you keep making things up to support what you think is true? I don't see any Liverpool fans on this forum 'crowing that they're Man Utd's main rival for trophies', and I don't recall any of us claiming that Spurs fans 'have spent months saying next year will be "our year".
We are well aware that we are not anyones rival for trophies at the moment, though if you ask most Utd fans who their biggest rivals are they would say Liverpool, though that is probably changing with the rise of Man City.
There lies the difference, you think finishing fourth is good enough, which for your club maybe it is, but for the big clubs in this country only first is good enough, and frankly Spurs and Liverpool are both miles away at the moment.
This is probably why fans of other clubs perceive you as arrogant, crowing about finishing fourth.
