What a great job Ferrari have done! Great lap from Lewis though he was asked to stop the car by his engineer, Vettel realising that he wasnt going to get pole and wants to start with Hard tyres to make 1 less pit stop perhaps. Anyones race still!

Did Hamilton stop because he didn't have enough fuel to get back to the pits? He did that in Canada two years ago and was very lucky to get away with just a reprimand and a fine. Those sort of tactics shouldn't be allowed. On the race, Alonso said yesterday that their race pace was better and they were struggling more on the soft tyres. Alonso to finish on the podium tomorrow!!!
Very interesting, I don't think Seb was interested in getting pole but conserving his tyres for race day, I expect him to go up the grid quite a lot come tomorrow and likely to start on the prime. Going to be carnage into the first corner with Lewis, Pastor and Alonso.

Qualifying and Race are almost completely different formulas. Lewis, Pastor and Fernando into turn 1, destruction derby comes to mind
The fact that Hamilton hasn't done this for two years, combined with the fact that he is actually on pole (making a retrospective grid penalty a bigger deal than if he were lower down) *should* mean that he just about gets away with it. I'm not saying that it would be right or wrong to take those factors into account, I'm just saying that I think they will be.
