Hey Tash. Not relevant to this thread but in case you didn't know!

Louis Theroux has re-visited your favourite people at Westboro and the documentary is on BBC2 tonight at 9pm. You never know your website might get a mention!

I said Sunderland would win and there not helping me. I can see a Arsenal-esque comeback here :)

Maybe I'm just soft but I'd like to see the mackems still in this league with us!

There aren't exactly many north east clubs at the top anyhow so whilst it's fun for a
minute to see them sweat and look over their shoulders at the relegation pack as a
poor run of recent games has had with us recently, I wouldn't want to lose games
like the past two encounters with them this season!

  7. I think they'll easily stay up and finish above us because they play 6 of the bottom half in their next 8 games.

Frighteningly tight though if you watch the live table predictor on the Beeb's prem page.
It's just so damned close from around Everton's 7th place down to West Brom's 13th.
One result either way and it's real snakes and ladders!

No easy games at this stage, the teams fighting for their lives are often harder to play. You never know...

I've got 2-0 in the IKTS, hopefully it will stay this way.

Totally agree - it's the top of the table team being done over by the bottom team
fighting for it's survival that mixes things up this time in the season. No, no easy games.

Tightest prem season ever and that makes it the most exciting. Even the teams down the bottom (31 or 32 pts) would normally be fairly happy with the points they have with 8 games to go but this year nobody can relax. Almost every team still has a chance of qualifying for europe or getting relegated or even both.

Didnt they say that everyone in the PL with their current points total has more than what was needed to stay up last year?

Yeah, Burnley were 18th with 30, 17th was West Ham with 35.
Wigan are currently bottom with 31. So yeah, would've been enough.

What it shows then, is having us, West Brom and Blackpool in this league will guarantee an exciting Premiership!?

Definitely ^ Because of the style of football they play. Attacking and passing football(Sort of).

The three teams have been a breath of fresh air for this league and I hope we all stay up. Not looking too good for Blackpool after today though!

Even so it should give hope to the next three that come up, showing that they can play attacking football and they don't have to try and stiffle games and hope to win on the break.
