Ian Stringer ‏ @StringerSport RT @BertLcfc: RT @Footy_Insider: Larnell Cole of Man United has signed for Leicester City #lcfc #mufc
I have seen a bit of youth football so I might be able to shed some light on him. Not professing to be an expert but I think he's primarily a winger who can also play in the middle. He's a very small player and he's very much a type player that is 'in-vogue' at the moment - low centre of gravity, small, tricky, nimble feet and decent technical ability. Biggest challenge for him will be coping physically given the nature of the Championship. But he is highly rated at Man U - Paul Scholes had some nice things to say about him recently and he's in the England under-age teams (playing in the U19 Euros this summer I think). Optimistic about this signing P.S I'm assuming this is a loan deal?
As of this moment Jacob Blyth is the only confirmed signing The 3 man U players are just rumours. The De Laet and James rumour have substance because they came from a proven reliable source
James I think is a classic CM - box-to-box, passing, tackling, shooting, all action player. I must say I do like these type of signings - young, hungry and with a point to prove. Can we assume that Cole was just BS given that it seems to have come from a guy on FoxesTalk ('ramadaone' who probably is ITK) saying we were signing De Laet and one other Man U player (later we found out it was James) and someone guessed at Cole and then suddenly Bert does his usual thing of jumping on any speculation and then Stringer does his usual thing of jumping the gun and assuming too much.
cole doesnt sound like a NP player- a bit of a max gradel. de laet i thought looked promising but didnt play for norwich in the premier league really, and their players werent 'great' at CB. james i think is lacking a little, but the sort of player we need.
Matt James has a decent shot on him. Only Gally and Marshall can actually shot from distance so we need more people who can
videos like that show nothing though. I would exchange 3 long range strikes from a midfielder for better ability all the time.
I know but its the only thing i can find on him. 1 thing the player have always been criticised for is not shooting from distance often enough. Gally and Marshall are the only one who can shoot from distance
i just hope he has the ability. A championship player from what i know of him, though nothing has suggested he is one to get a team promoted.
