Deluded is thinking finishing 4th/5th is success. Racist is the 'washes elephants' song I posted earlier in this thread, sung by a 'minority' apparently. **** is your club and its idiotic fanbase. So according to your post we're pretty similar.

I don't mind you quoting me in your signature gobshite, just put the full and correct quote please. As for the rest of it, I think we've covered it don't you? I wouldn't mind seeing where I said we'd reel you in for fourth, have you even bothered to read my quote that you are happy to misquote. It says I thought you were more likely to win something before us, though unfortunately that was proved wrong too, or was it a misquote?

Qualifying for the Champions League is a success, gaf.

Playing in the CL gets you:
£5.7m for participating in the group stages
£2.4m for participating in the last 16
£2.65m for participating in the quarter finals
£3.3m for participating in the semi finals
    £4.5m for finishing second
    £7.2m for winning

Plus, for every game, you get...
    £645k for a win
    £321k for a draw
...as well as money made on ticket sales, other matchday income (food and drink), and TV revenue. Just to put this into context, Fulham made around £8m for their entire Europa League run a couple of seasons back.

But you should know about that, given how your club was more pleased with finishing fourth in 2001-2 than anything else they achieved that season. That's because they were granted entry to the goldmine, which is what the Champions League is - and what football is really about in this day and age. Be honest, would you rather Liverpool finished 8th with a practically worthless (in financial terms) Carling Cup win, or finished fourth with the financial rewards of the Champions League on offer? Given your clubs' finances are hardly robust at the moment, you'll be wise to think about your answer.

Also, I just covered it - the quote is correct. You think that it isn't important for a club to qualify for the Champions League and say you aren't deluded?!?

Does it get you a trophy though?

You are right though, we'd gladly swap the Carling Cup for fourth place, but only if it meant CL football, which it may not yet. I presume you'll all be Bayern fans if you finish 4th.

It allows you to compete for one - which finishing fifth does not. Name me one club that ever competed in the Champions League after finishing eighth.

This is true also, you better hope results go your way on Sunday, and in Munich though, which to be honest I think they will. I think we finished 4th before winning it in 2005, so it is possible for you to win and gain all that cash, though I can't see you getting past the last 16.

That was an example of the sort of things we don't say about "K"K (however accurate,) whereas you ridicule Harry for injuries he received in an accident where five other people, including his best friend died. I guess it's to be expected from a tragic supporter of a club in tragic decline, but where did it say that you said it?

I wrote it slowly for you too; Do you want it in capitals or a bigger font? Cretin.
