He is a much better striker than RVP and is a much better goal scorer than Arsenals 1st choice striker. He has 17 goals to his name and is getting better. Also don't forget it is his 1st season in England as well and he has just come from the Mexico league and he will get much, much better next season and probably break the 30 goal mark if he starts plus 30 games. Hernandez is set to break the 20 goal mark this season and is a much better striker than Arsenals 1st choice striker who is injury prone and over rated. It is a strikers job to score goals and RVP goal record is very poor and not world class. The lies Arsenal fans say about RVP is a joke because he is not world class and just very, very over rated. Hernandez is head and shoulders better than him and all you need to do is look at his goal record for club and country. The English league is not a easy league for Mexicans and Arsenal fans know this with their very own Mexican under study to Hernandez. Hernandez is the biggest name in Mexico and is a fantastic talent. In time his overall game will improve much, much more and it already is. His movement, speed and finishing is better than anything Arsenals poor strikers can do.
Van Persie is better but Hernandez will probably become better than him in a couple of seasons. Unless ofcourse you're Kamran and you think Hernandez is ****
Berbandez I disagree. RVP goal record is atrocious and his finishing is dreadful at times and he can not header to save his life. Hernandez has more goals and a better goal to game ratio.
You are so annoying . Look at the impact he has on our team when he plays, yesterday admittedly he was reasonably poor but normally he makes us a much better outfit. He is excellent in bringing his teammates in to play, has clever movement, a powerful shot, great technique. Im not going to say Hernandez is rubbish in order to make my argument look better as everyone can see how good he is, but I don't think he has as big an impact on the team that RvP has.
I agree. I think Hernandez could become one the best strikers in the World over the next few seasons though especially if he can build up his strength.
Can't really directly compare the two - Hernandez is a better goal scorer, but RVP has better all round play. You'll often find that when Hernandez gets the ball in an area where there's no obvious scoring chance the move breaks down, whereas if RVP gets the ball in those areas he keeps the play going and can provide. Hernandez has the potential to be better, but needs to work on his link up play and overall contribution to the team - I think he only has one assist this season whereas RVP has five.
Hernandez definitely has some work required. But his job at present is to score goals, and he's doing just that. I don't think he can be given a true rating yet as I don't believe that he is yet the finished article.
Van Persie thinks he's got a really good long-range strike on him. Deluded, I swear he tries at least five every game and they almost all end up maiming supporters in the stands.
Lampard is statistically better than Zidane, but in reality we all know Zidane is better. Stats mean nothing.
RVP is a great player that just gets unlucky with injuries. Hernandez definitely has potential though..
