It's weird, because a lot of media types say that the Championship has become weaker over the past couple of years, as newly promoted teams and smaller sides often find themselves doing well. Given the sheer amount of rebuilding we need it's hard to say where we'll be when the next season comes along. McInnes could get given the funds and build a tough side that can withstand the marathon that is a league campaign, or he could be given nothing and build the squad from Scottish rejects. A lot of it could come down to how the stadium fight goes, but as the legal proceedings are now in SL's hands I can imagine him dragging some Harvey Spector types down from London to cross-examine the numpties into submission. I think that this will be resolved soon, and hopefully in time for the beginning of next season. If it does get resolved I'll run down to the wasteland and start digging it up myself. Hopefully you'll all join me.
