As I've said before, I'd rather not hear the media have a collective orgasm over how West Ham are 'back where they belong' and try to make out that they're a big club along the lines of Man Utd, Chelsea, Spurs etc because 46 years ago some of their players played in a World cup final

Count yourself lucky you've never had him as manager, can't stand the man, he played away to Sunderland with half the team out of position, no full backs in the starting XI and Enrique and Beye on the bench.

 

How West Ham didn't piss that league with the players they've got available to them is pretty shocking to be honest. Carlton Cole should have scored 20 goals wthout breaking a sweat but didn't get anything like that. I work with a few of their fans and none of them like Allardyce, far too negative at home and like you say tends to play people out of position.

They also conspired to bugger up my pre-season league winner predictions - though to be honest looks like Man City might be going to do that as well so they might be off the hook

 

As I say, full of over rated, overpaid, has beens.

 

And apparently he's got SEVEN caps and (surprise, surprise) NO goals
