That's about right sadly. Asked them about what plot styles they use, if its colour dependent line weights etc. Blank stares all around. "You only use one line weight on CAD."

The law requires any car sold to work for a reasonable amount if time without fault. 19 days is not reasonable. The court day costs 60quid so not a huge loss when measured against the claim. I actually don't care if I win that much I just want to make things difficult for the ****.
