Things just aren't working out for him at Chelsea. He still looks lost and even though he's on form I can bet it's only temporary.
On current form would much prefer Carroll over Torres, think Torres is on a slippery slope and will end up in the MLS next year
Not at all. On form Torres is one of the best there is. What's wrong with suggesting Kenny re-buys him? I would love him back, i bet a lot of people would.
No one with any sense. If you want a player back who didn't give two ****s about us for 18months and left saying he was moving to a big club trying to win things, be my guest. We don't want him. PS. He's **** now anyway, lost most his pace, most his confidence and above all his dignity and self respect.
I'm relatively new myself (but scouser born and bred). John however is almost certainly a covert LFC fan, possibly even from one of the clubs that consider us a main rival (specifically CFC or AFC), this is the second time I've seen him post something that almost certainly no LFC fan would ever write.
Flattery can get you anywhere,or so the saying goes. But we can see through the false plaudits. We are obviously always on their minds and such a bother to their sanity.
The truth usually comes out in the long run anyway mate,so if john is the evil Baron Von Lettucehoven we'll find out.
Definitely not a Londoner, the speech pattern's manc - there's loads of cockneys who support utd but how many mancs supporting Chelsea
You the guy who went round the stadia in Mexico 86 with the "John 3:16" banners? Torres - why buy someone who left like he did, caused such ill feeling, and has deteriorated as a player since he left?
Yeah, 3 years ago. You may as well be on here saying 'why don't we play Kenny up front; he's brilliant on form.' Torres is well past it, and will never get back to his best. No striker re-peaks in their late 20s. They either keep performing well (Raul, Inzaghi) or they lose it and never recover (Torres, Owen.)
