The idea being that prison is so harsh, no one will leave without thinking, "wow, I do not want to end up back there." And all guards should be armed, so that if anyone causes a fuss, they can blow their kneecaps off without having to worry about any kind of beurocracy.

I am doing an NVQ in Custodial Care, I don't want to be armed if successful in an application for a Prison Officer job.

Wow..the OP was only stating that these men deserve to be punished for what they have done regardless of their race and religion and it sparked off this!
For the record, I have nothing against anyone who chooses a religion, but I hate the fact that a religion is imposed on people within communities.
As for the death penalty: as has already been stated, it doesn't reduce serious crimes such as this, so is therefore not a deterrent.
These men have been found guilty and now must face the consequences of there actions, but anyone who thinks that *****philia is exclusive to the Muslim community is plainly blinded by prejudice..

Only 8 of them have had their pictures published. One of them can't be named for legal reasons but I don't think he's under 18.

White Males make up 80% of child abusers.

Out of a Million British-Pakistani's there is 2000 on the sex offenders register.

Evil is certainly not exclusive, but it has to be punished.

    Me too.

However, to get back to the post, you're of course totally correct Syd. To try and use the race card to excuse or attempt to appeal these scumbags off from the horrific crimes they committed is a disgrace to our legal system. They should jail that scumbag lawyer who represents them for doing so while they are on.

They are guilty and they should serve time in prison. All this red herring BNP tweet has done (a group BTW I have no time for at all) is to redirect the focal point.

*****philes should be dealt with in the severest way with massive prison sentences IMO. They should be given 25 years each IMO.

I'd really worry living in your Britain Cheik. Vigilante prison guards, let loose with guns they could use without any fear of reprisal, is an Orwellian nightmare come true.

Just out of interest, what would you offer an innocent man, his knee caps blown off by a sadistic, vile prison officer, after he has been released and proven innocent?

Presumably, you would advocate hanging and if the hanged person later is found to have been innocent, they would be dug up and apologised to before being re-buried?

**** me there are some worrying ideas out there.

This "What if there innocent" debate. More injustice will come from forsaking the death penalty than if they re-introduced it.

<laugh> Obviously I've not thought this through in any great extent as I have no interest in becoming a politician so my thoughts will never matter. But I do believe in capital punishment, I do believe prison is too easy, and I do believe that people sacrifice their human rights when they commit this kind of crime. Make of that what you will.
Obviously, mistaken arrest is always a problem but there are people who have lived for 60 years in prison for a crime they didn;t commit and have died there, it's just one of those things.

So you dont give a **** if an innocent person is hanged then? So long as you get to satisfy your own lust for blood justice? Life shpuld mean life not death.

Its the price worth paying for taking the moral high ground of moral decency, something you would obvioulsy be happy to murder in the name of.

Does this mean that the Judge and the jury should be hanged as well if they condemn an innocent person to death? Surley in your world it would, or do you have double standards?

The difference being there are also dozens of people who would have been murdered by the state who have been able to be released as well when found innocent. Life should mean life not death.

Out of interest, as you seem very knowledgeable on the soft life of a prisoner, what were your experiences of your time inside to formulate these opinions, or like a lot of people, have you just read the Sun and let them make your mind up for you.

I know people who work in the prison service and let me tell you, prison life is anything but easy chum. Anything but.

I knew a man who spent some time in prison for a fairly bad crime, nothing like murder but a bad crime nonetheless. He enjoyed his comfortable bed, television and video games, exercise time in the yard. And he stayed at Durham, one of the supposedly tougher prisons.

These so called men should have their nads hacked off with a rusty razor blade and fed to them, one is an asylum seeker do his time and send him straight back no human rights bollocks (and hopefully no bollocks either). As for the rest an average of 8 and a half years each is way too little.
Before anyone kicks off I don't give a toss about race religion or colour they are peados simple as that.
