    Really like HARRISONS CAVE for the Chester cup. Reason is his last run and I thought he was a rapidly improving horse last season and the BC run is easily excuses <ok>. Only bet for me today

    Tricky race this and I don't think there is anything that doesn't fall down on ground, trip or draw. I'll take Gulf Of Naples to have enough in hand to survive his coffin box car park draw.

    All bets and all prices offered were hugely influenced by the draw and now we have a flag start..... I wonder if it was a widely known secret as the two clear favourites had the worst draws. I was amazed they were being backed, maybe now we know why.

    I'm not punting but think I have a system for selecting winners at Chester.

    Simply pick the horse that appears to have no f***ing chance and lump on.
