there is currently NOTHING preventing Barmby from speaking his mind on the whole affair I repeat NOTHING - well not until the hearing / negotiation and settlement issues have been sorted . In the UK , a Democracy there is nothing to get in the way of TRUTH aprat from MONEY . The only reason Barmby WONT speak is to create a bargaining tool on his settlement - it has nothing to do with rights and wrongs has it :/
Because they are very bold statements (even by your standards) so I was curious as to where you got the info from
You still haven't answered the initial question though! I'm also intrigued to know your source of information
“I, nevertheless, intend to appeal. It would not be appropriate for me to make further comment at this stage.” - Nick Barmby 8th May 2012. I think you'll find he's acting under the advice of the LMA and if you're about to take action against someone, you don't go broadcasting your case ahead of getting to court.
but this isnt one of those court TV shows where the prosecution pull a rabbit out of the hat . Barmby is still free to go public with his case (as the Allams basically have with their side of the argument) - as ive already said , this is now about Money and not right or wrong or a reinstatement.. I suspect what will happen after the hearing is this ... Barmby will recover an undisclosed amount and he will waive his right to speak publicly . Which will sadly mean everyone will jump it as some sort of Allam Gagging order - which is what it was called last week . I might come across as Pro Allam , but what i only want to stand for is accuracy - the Allams MAY be the villans in this but so far there is nothing that makes me think this way
Ricardo you really do have a problem with everything I say so we will have to agree to differ. I don't believe the Allams version of events. I am not saying they are telling a pack of lies but just not quite telling it right. They have a perfect opportunity now to prove me wrong don't they. Lets see what happens over the next few weeks.
