True, but if someone with decent experience hands out 100 CVs, chances are they'll get a few interviews.
If people my age hand out 100 CVs.. well, you get the point.

Why don't you offer to work for a lot less?

I am Sage qualified, 14 years in financial recovery. Proficient in Excel, Access, Word and outlook.

Trouble is you can't afford me!

But if you ever need a hand, you have my email.

That's exactly what I'd do, it's the only way to keep good staff.

I will be looking for self employed financial recovery and investigation agents shortly. 35% of collected fees.

Why are women better at getting money back for a debt collector? On the phone I presume? Genuine question btw, I would have thought anyone phoning you up from one of these agencies would get the same reaction?

Sorry, just got this vision in my head of a lass from Bransholme. I'm using the word lass in the loosest sense of the word.

Men tend to take a 'please send us some money' request far better from a Woman then a Man, but the job isn't debt collection, chasing for the odd payment is only a very small part of the job.

Oh right OLM and fair enough. Although, with 3 daughters I tend to go all deaf when anyone female asks me for money :D

Btw, brave asking on here, but nice when you're clearly happy to give employment to someone local, and a fan of the mighty Tigers. Have you put a similar post up on CI??

It also works the other way too. Men get more out of women when chasing money. A Two way street.

As for Sage and Excel software thats as easy to use as going back to the abacus.
