This season we have won 6-0, 5-1, 5-0, 4-1, and drew 4-4 and yet our home record is ****! Correct me if I am wrong, but when we win at home, we score at least 4?

Huge sigh of relief after today, sends them dirty horrible bastards back to black country with their tails between their legs!

Yet despite all those great victories we have the fourth worst home record in the division. Bit more home consistency and we'd be challenging for europe now.

Hopefully next season we'll make St.James Park a fearful ground to come to!

Not sure who it was (Maybe AG) but someone pointed out, more goals have been scored at St James' Park this season than at anyone other ground in the Premiership...Season Ticket Holders getting their money's worth!

Yeah that was me. Not sure who's second but you can tell just from a glance at the table (when it's split into home and away sections) that we're miles out in front.

  9. Do we have the fourth worst record? Or is it the 4th least amount of wins. We haven't won too many, but we haven't lost too many either.

On points i'm not sure that we could have expected much better this season.

Anyway, where we win means **** all really, aslong as we're up that table, i don't really care all that much.

We've won 10, drawn 9 and lost 12. That's a decent mid table record, for a team that's just come up, and i reckon with a few quality signings, we could change some of those draws into wins.

What's let us down is drawing alot of games that we should win, because we lack the quality upfront, and also we're shakey at the back. We need a consistant CB to play along side Colo.

Your getting mixed up Leon. Man U have scored the most goals at home (we are 2nd highest). But the most goals have been scored at St James Park.

Fourth lowest home record yes, five wins six draws, only Wigan, West Ham and Blackpool have picked up fewer points at home. But we have picked up more points away from home than all but the top six.

Good to see the three promoted sides leading the way. Hopefully all three will stay, I'm pleased the Baggies got a result today, and made Carroll look like flop-of-the-century in the process. :cheesy:

EDIT: That table is goals scored (by the home and away team) at the club's ground.

What was the crack with their 'black country' chant? Surely that constitutes racism?

Glad we beat the horrible bastards, justice for joey :)
Told you Jonas would go and score a screamer :p

Well it wasn't a ''screamer'' but it was a nice finish. We can always wish he scores a ''Ben-Arfa-type goal'' before the end of the season.

  15. I'd class it as a screamer actually. Outside the box curler. It's not in the same league as Tiote or Ben Arfa's goals, but it was still probably one of the nicest finishes we've seen on our home ground this season.

Joint best away record outside the top 5, though Blackpool have played one more away game than us.
