Hi Totsfan How you been mate? Your club is the ultimate bottle club Thats for failing to beat the worst club in the league (Villa) when you had 3rd there for the taking
At the time of article, it was true if we approached this game correctly. We didn't, it was clear from starting line up we'd given up on it. And I wouldn't judge too much on tonight. Out of tonights team, only Daniel Sturridge is likely to start in Munich.
Turnbull 2 Bertand 5 Terry 3 Ivanovic 4 Ferreria 4 Essien 3 Ramires 5 Romeu 4 Malouda 3 Sturridge 3 Torres 5 Very poor
Ginge --if anything you've been generous! The 2nd X1 was a grouping I hoped would go for it! We could have done better playing Chelsea Ladies!
seems like a wasted opportunity to me , i mean you got the possiblility of getting into CL next year by winning it but. You had exactly the same possibility tonight to get yourselves into the CL , yet it seems like a very untested team and therefore a huge gamble. I think if you dont beat Bayern RDM may seriously regret tonites team choice. I guess on paper it looked competent enough to beat the bin dippers.
Romeu 4 seems generous.....RDM shattered him and sturridges confidence by immiedatly dropping them. Not that those were the wrong moves though. Both are poor players.
None of these will be certain starters in Munich! 1or 2 possibly on the bench! Staying injury free must have been the big focus for those that played! Liverpool were eyeballs out to placate King Kenny---and so it came to pass! In a funny way the top squad( those that aren't suspended) will now have a sharper focus in Munich!
Oh it'll be so sweet to have you qualify for the C.L for a whole 6 days before we take it off you...perfect.
