Okay, I've had enough of the wrong people being sacked, it's time to move on and have a decent employer offering a decent job to decent people.

    I'm looking for three staff.

All office staff, two Women and one Man, all for office positions(I know you're not supposed to specify Men or Women, but this isn't the job centre).

They must have their own transport, they must be conversant with Sage and Excel, ideally have several years of working in an office environment.

Ideally I'm looking for two Women to handle data entry, invoicing and debt chasing, along with a Man with some accountancy experience(not necessarily an accountant), but with experience of BAC's payments, payroll etc, but also to be involved with a fairly interesting day to day job(I may switch the roles around, dependant on the applicants).

Roles are not fixed, everyone in the office will be expected to deal with customers and do whatever needs doing, it's a chilled office.

Remuneration will be based on experience and the office has a large fridge full of beer and it's own beer garden.

I believe there's a very fine line between work and play, that's reflected in my office environment, but I expect everyone to work hard while they're enjoying themselves.

Anyone interested should sent their CV to - [email protected]

Damn - I can do great things with parsley, basil and rosemary, but sage is a mystery to me. So that rules me out.

You're selling yourself short there OLM, I can't be the only one that's well past excel and up to 4xl and still moving on.

You had me at beer garden.

Shame, as with every potential employer, I have 0 years experience in any field, which essentially renders any 16-21 year old unemployable except in a barmaid/barman capacity <doh>

What sort of salary are we talking about for these jobs? Maybe slightly over qualified whilst lacking some of the skills.....but sounds like a cracking company to work for!

Because in my game, it's easier to get paid if you have Women chasing payments, than it is Men.

And because I'm a sexist bastard who wants a bit of eye candy at work.

I expect to pay £18-25k(possibly a little more), depending on the position taken and experience.

I was going to apply for the 'man' job, but now I'm worried about just being leered at by the boss.

Your loss Scooter 'cos I tick all the boxes - whatever the job is.

I've never particularly understood salary based on experience.

Say if I took a job and became pretty much your best employee, I'd be sat on £18k.
But if mistermc took it and was a lazy bugger who only just about got the job done, he'd be on £7k-8k more per annum.

Just examples that were right in front of my nose - before anyone takes anything to heart.

It says a lot about what an employer's like when you read he's even given the fridge its own beer garden.

The.wife.would have been perfect, particularly the.data entry and.debt recovery, but location and.lack of child care means wouldn't be.possible unfortunately. Good.luck.olm

If I was a lazy bugger I'd expect to be sacked...or if I disrespected my employers. Seriously I have worked at one place were it was virtually impossible to be sacked, hence why it is heading for the inevitable closure. Work hard play hard.

Question...why are you recruiting 3 staff? Expansion or did you sack 3 for disrespecting you during the latest January sales window?
