    That's about right then. Blackburn have been awful and fully deserve relegation. I've enjoyed Wigan this year and I'm pleased they're staying up, quite like Martinez too.

    Never got the Wigan hate, they cant help who supports them they play decent football and they dont stay up because they are lucky, they stay up because they derserve to be in the PL on merit.

    Sorry to say the average Ozzie pie is far superior to the average Brit pie. But then I couldn't find a decent chippy :emoticon-0106-cryin

    I worked on the Robin Park estate for a few months a few years back.

    They'd rob anything and even climb on the scaffold while we were working trying to have the petrol whizzers off.

    <laugh>

    But the pies at dinnertime made it all wort while.

    <whistle>

    Probably the case, hes actually off redcafe not here but still applies. Just thought may aswell post it.

    The point about Kenny having 2 votes and the owner and chief exec having 1 each. Any truth at all in that?

    It's crap I can assure you.

    Firstly, look at the wording. He uses the term "the owner". However the CEO of FSG is John Henry who has no corporate position on the board of LFC. FSG's interest lies in the hands of Ton Werner who is the Chairman of LFC. Hence, John Henry would not be directly involved in an LFC board meeting.

    Secondly FSG are well aware of the corporate procedures that were used to secure their purchase. Therefore they are never going to give anybody a corporate vote that could go against them.

    Thirdly, Dalglish is an operational manager within LFC. He would not have a vote at a board meeting - neither would Ferguson at United!

    Lastly, Dalglish's future will be decided in the US by FSG and then acted upon within LFC. I strongly doubt this 'mole' has access to their deliberations or minutes of their meetings!

    I remember having a kangaroo pie and a crocodile pie when in Oz. They were definitely better than any I've had in the UK <ok>

    I'm also pretty sure I watched a program about an English couple who set up a chippy somewhere in Oz (possibly Sydney). They had to import fryers and all the equipment from the UK cos they didn't make anything like it in Oz! And apparently have takings of around £250,000 a year! You'll have to try and find it dave!

    Swarbs, I was in Perth WA and that's considerably closer to Jakarta than it is to Sydney! The firers in the chippies looked similar to ours but you couldn't get a nice piece of cod or haddock and there were no mushy peas. I did try and tell them about puddings but they looked very confused <laugh>

    Wigan pasties are bloody lovely!

    Glad Wigan stayed up, they try to play footy and teams like Blackbun and Wolves are terrible to watch.

    Morning Eric!
