    £30m !!.....<laugh><laugh> <laugh>

    You are joking right?

Seriously guys, you all need to stop sticking your head in the sand and wake up to what is going on up there, the only money on record that they have LOANED you is the 2-3m quid to pay the tax and that is being charged to your club at above base rate intrest..<laugh>

Wake up and smell the coffee, if they have all this cash why the **** are they charging the club 7% intrest on such a small loan??

£30m quid gets the name on the shirt !! jeez, thats a up there with Man utd,Barca and Liverpool as the biggest deals in football, i guess you really are a big club :)

I don't profess to know the ins and outs of Cardiff's finances but my impression is that the owners are only Asian speculators who are in it for kudos and possibly hitting the jackpot in future seasons.

    Just my opinion.

Actually yeah, I meant to type 13 million, and for some reason 30 came out...just a slight difference. The papers actually say 15 million, so I guess they could have it wrong. i am just going by that and the Cardiff financial report.

    Exactly KJ.

Im still trying to work out why these "billionaires" havent invested in the playing staff in January when the club needed the extra boost, the Swans did it and so di other teams . Cardiff must have the poorest billionaires in globel football...<laugh>

So why the high intrest rate to Cardiff city fc then Siam? why are they loaning money to make a financial gain if they are billionaire investors ??

Almost there Aussie. "I don't profess to know the ins and outs of Cardiff " Would have been sufficient m8.

Have you found any evidence of the accusation you made about me yet or are you simply going to look like a foolish little man?

Because they are businessmen, Norway. I don't pretend to know what they do behind the scenes, or what their motives are. But they have also paid any debt that needs to be paid as it has come along.

They are not in it solely for football. Not many owners are. They want to make money from it eventually. Right now they have not done anything to doubt them as moral owners. We spent 3.5 million in summer, and MM was given 3 million to spend in January, as shown by his failed bids. In the end, MM said he wasn't going to pay over inflated prices for players who just wouldn't improve the squad.

If in summer MM doesn't have 3 or 4 million then we would have to ask far more questions. But right at this moment they have made the right moves.

and one more thing, it got to the stage today whereby EVERY thread was full of wums, last time i checked it says 'cardiff city' at the top of the page.

i decided to nominate one thread whereby crap from people looking to ruin discussion would be deleted so we could discuss our club in peace.

i let reasonable comments remain, but yours was anything but that.

say hi to all the swansea fans for me when this is reproduced on the swansea board, cheers.

Given they only own half the club with Guy / Hall / etc owning the rest, why would they fund their half if the others don't stump up cash as well? They didn't become billionaires by being naive.

Well then if they are not naive why buy just the back legs of a race horse ??

your argument just falls down with that very statement , what billionaire on the planet would invest into half a championship team when he can easily buy it lock stock and 2 smoking barrells ???

Your saying they wont invest because the other side of the partnership wont invest? hmm.... <laugh>

sounds like an awesome deal, the mayalans drive the car but PMG select the gears.. <laugh>

    Naive you said ???
