Will be like a new signing if he comes back with no after effects. He was a class act, & as such, will push Ross & Becks hard for a starting spot.

 

Not so sure, Boggers. As I recall, he was great off the bench, but pretty inconsistent when starting. Am glad that it's Warnock and not Grayson that he'll have as manager on his return. Get the feeling that Grayson wasn't the type to put an arm around you & rebuild your confidence.

Good sub player to come on when we need him, that's it.

 

I would rather have him playing on his own up front than Paynter and Forssell, fingers crossed NW can get the best out of him

 

I recall that he wasn't that clever as a lone striker. Better with a partner if I remember rightly.

I had so many arguments with him about our strikers! haha. He ****ed over somma and said ross was ****...turns out he was wrong
