Even if each of the 11 new players were on either £8k per week or £10k per week, that adds to c£5m in wages.

Of the current squad, I'd put 8 on about 6k per week or less, with 4 on about £10k per week, adding up to c£5m in wages.

Nathaniel Clyne - Palace to sell their player of the year?
Ricardo Gardner - Not even a dozen games in the last two years?
Mamady Sidibé - Plagued by injury recently, 2 games in 2 years 32 years old considering retirement?
Hendry Thomas - Would prefer the other Wigan midfielder we have been link with.

Buzsaky or Andrews I wouldn't mind either of those joining...

 

Clyne's out of contract in the summer and of course knows Colin well. Unlikely but not beyond the realms of possibility.

 

De laet, ****tu ilunga are all truly awful

 

Big Dan has sadly lost it, you'd be better off without I can see Clyne going to a top half PL club if he leaves tbh, Buz looks out of his depth in PL but he still has a deadly long shot, he could probably still do a job for you i reckon

 

Mancheschester U****ed are interested in Clyne.

Only 21 and already miles better than any fullback in this league. Trippier is the only one that comes anything like close.

 

De Laet isn't that bad, still very young, can play anywhere across the back, good in the air, quick, strong..

We're apparently interested and I'd have him as a squad player, for sure.

 

Isn't he a Scum player out on loan?

De Laet is an expensive unproven player, Leicester are bidding 1.2m according to this.

 

Let's hope they get him, can't see how he will be any better than who they already have and maybe the rumours that we are after Bamba or Mills will materialise.

Good performances for Norwich in the PL isn't what I'd call unproven, a slight risk, but not unproven.

 

Norwich fans don't rate him from what I've heard.

 

Don't believe everything you read in the papers, especially the Daily Fail

Although Clyne is out of contract you will still have to pay compensation to Palace if you did sign him so move on to the next one.

 

White's compensation used to pay Clyne's?

 

And the wages or the promise of PL football.

You can't offer either of them.
