You have become a one man team (admittedly 2 different men for the 2 halves of the season) and without their goals you would be ****ed. There are no guarantees that had you not got Ba and Cisse you'd have bought someone else that would have scored more (do you really believe you could). Without Bents goals we would have been relegated instead of finishing top half. Without Ba and Cisses you would be in a spot of bother IMO. So would ANY team who relies one a single figure for goals and points in games. He is an exceptional finisher, as was Ba for 18 games and without him you'd be up **** creek. If you cant see that then pity you pal. It still remains a fact.

Which states the obvious all along since losing Bent and Gyan, that we need decent striker's. Newcastle seem to find them without too much cost. Defence excluding L/B we aren't too bad, midfield likewise but could do with a playmaker in a Gerrard mould. Upfront then we need two good forward's!! Simple really.
Mon his name has been touted around a lot of clubs, so dont be surprised if you see him in the prem next season, but I dont think it will be here.
