If MON is true to his word regarding 2 strikers = 30goals , we should all relax regarding the possibility of out of contract Heskey coming next year as he clearly dosn't fall into that equation. These type of players are the hardest in the world to find, every team outside the top 5/6 are all looking for the same combination hence the reason why they tend to bring the highest transfer fee and get the largest salaries. Who do we go for ??? No idea but I bet MON already knows.

Fletcher is a good targetman (AKA Quinny) who will score between 10 and 15 goals per season. He will cost around £6m or £7m imo. We need an SKP to play alongside him who will pitch in with 15 to 20. Thats the one that will cost the biggest investment and Mon's has been on about this lad from Hannover for over a year alongside Cisse to be fair. If he cost £12m or £14m and scores 15 to 20 goals next season, we will all have much to celebrate come May 2013.

Honest mate, they're ok, Topper after a few bevies and watch your mates cringe as you bite into them... Bit of advice, yake some of their legs of as they have a few barbs, which can be a pain....literally.
It's stupid to say things like "without this guys goals, they would have struggled". Without Cabaye we'd have lacked creativity in the middle of the park. Without Krul, we'd have conceded more goals. Without Coloccini we'd be less tight at the back ect. If he hadn't have gottan Ba or Cisse we'd have got someone else, and who knows how many goals they would have scored. Maybe more? It's not luck when a player comes good for your team, our scouting system is excellent, and it's not lucky that most of our buys have turned out to be amazing this season. We've bought with a good plan. We bought a great defensive midfielder, a great creative midfield, a fantastic winger, two great striker, a potentially great full back. We didn't chuck money at any of them, they were all sensible choices that were discovered by our scouts. As I said, saying we'd not have done well without a certain player is stupid because we would have got someone else.
