What rule would that be? If it's the same as the one in football there's nothing to stop Assem Allam owning one club and Ehab the other, so I don't see why the employee of a company that has a contract with Hull City owning one club would stop the other club being owned by the same company that owns Hull City. I also don't think AP was on the board despite having the title of Director of Football. The accounts for last season show that the only directors we had were Bartlett and some other bloke who left a few weeks before Bartlett did, MacGuire (spelling), and Assem and Ehab Allam, and I'm prettu sure they have to disclose non-executive directors as well as executive/paid ones.
AP hasn't been a director for a long time, the Allam's are in complete control, the only people that might have an input would be... Honorary Presidents: Mr Trevor Boanas, Mr Shaun Boanas, Mr Peter Chapman, Mrs Kristen Chapman, Mr Mike Whitehead Honorary Vice Presidents: Mr Jack Brignall, Mr Rob Daysley, Mr Lee Callanan, Mr Tony Webster, Miss Jane Connor, Ms Vanessa Chetham, Mr Steve Robertson, Mrs Susan Robertson, Mr Gerard Toplass.
I cocked up my earlier post about being told that AP's offence was naughty but not sackable, in fact I was td that it was naughty, but not evil, though it was a sackable offence.
What so you are saying the Allams sacked Pearson for a sackable offence!!!!!!!!!!! My god do they know nothing, crazy the things they are doing to our club, hand wringing, fukin idiots etc etc. This is sarcasm just so some understand.
yeam olm, just come out with it and tell us what you know. please log in to view this image ... or tell someone else and they can post it if you need to protect your sources.. its going to come out eventually.
This stance is getting boring. Like I have said before on here or another thread if I won the lottery and bought the club next week would people want me to run the club my own way and support me whatever I did. We can appreciate that the Allams saved the club without having to agree with everything they do or say can't we.
All this talk of millions in compensation? Surely Nicks contract was only for this season anyway to see how he got on?
You'd like to think they were that sensible, but I'm pretty sure Adam will have made sure his mate got a nice big contract…
I really doubt that's the reason, it doesn't have to be something rugby related. My guess would be that he did something/made a decision without their approval and they didn't like being undermined. Probably something small that we won't know or care about. I agree with this. They did a great thing but that was just the start. Buying a football club isn't like donating money to some charity, it's a long-term project and you can't just start messing about and live on the reputation that you were really good at first. They saved the club but the important thing is they now own and run the club and their reponsibility is to do what's best for the club now.
I think the Allams want to control things more and Adam Pearson was getting in the way. And they probably realized he can't pick a player.
my sources tell it it would be SUBSTANTIALLY less than £14billion in comp' also my source says he will either leave the club or stay at the club .... u officially heard it here first. official
The sensible approach to suit both parties would have included at least next season as well, but had a clause to allow termination this summer for a predetermined amount if certain levels of performance weren't achieved.
