When I saw Gower in the line up I thought, we've had it! Never mind I didn't think we would get this one anyway, but my day is made seeing Man City win, taking the title from old bacon face and Manure, Priceless! See we have some manure scum on here, ha ha, love it, sky blue all the way.........................

    all called it correct!
2nd half with Leon was a lot better but best team one by far.

It looks like the best team has won the Prem also.

Well just one of those things, I don't think it really mattered in the large scheme of things this game, one thing we now though is Gower will be gone in the summer I think. Think Utd just cruised home on this one, they have lost the title though I think as QPR won't beat Man City

Thought we played well. This was a game where we couldn't and weren't allowed to play our usual passing fluid game, but a hard grafting shift put in by all. Just look at it this was, a bit of class by Scholes and then a give away goal for there second. Where at times I know it goes against the grain, but sometimes we just have to clear the ball.

Still we could have scored one or two ourselves.

Not too despondent, proud of the lads.

Didn't expect too much other than effort and they gave it that. Both goals were gift-wrapped yet again with Taylor at fault for 1st and Sinclair 2nd. Overall a very creditable performance though. Don't think we learned much except:

    Gower not good enough.
Leon essential to the way we play.

10th still possible but even just inside bottom half (my prediction) would be a marvellous achievement.<applause>

we played ok for a team that was never going to win this one, man utd were in control all the way and every chance we had were poor finishes. i never expected to win this game but we must learn that when we do get a rare chance then for god sake put some power into the shot and make sure it on target, thats been our weakest point in a lot of games this season.......liverpool up next a game that we should win at home....if we hit the target that is..

If we finish 12th then that's better than what I predicted before the season started.

I think we played well second half, Joe Allen had a great game so did Siggy, but we are definitely short of quality in the final third, and I hope that Rodgers makes his first signing a striker after capturing Siggy. We need to seriously free up the wages from some journeymen we have on our books, and Lita and Moore would be top of my list, along with Gower, Tremmel, Bodde, Moreira. Time to free up the needed cash for the three or four quality players we need at this level, but the Striker position is a must!..................... <cheers>
