downing was crap again, the guy has forgotten he is a winger all he did was pass it backwards spearing is not even good enough for the championship why he is in the team is beyond me. enrique kept giving the ball away gerrard looks old only positive was carroll he played well and should have started, we can all blame kenny for that one. just dont know what more to say i cant even be bothered anymore our club has become a joke. i hope the owners swing the axe because i cant take another season of this s**t.
I'm not having a go or anything but if you can't take another season of this 's**t' then you should not be supporting Liverpool or any other team as if you're a true supporter you will be with the club through the highs and lows no matter what we're going through a bad period right now, most importantly then anything is to have unity. I agree with you with Downing and Spearing. Also yes enrique gave the ball away but has solved our Left back problem and he has had a decent season. Gerrard can still be effective but only when he's providing support and playing in behind the strikers not centre mid but the fact that Henderson and Spearing kept making mistakes Gerrard had to come back and help out meaning he wasnt as effective as he would have been playing off suarez...to sum it up compare Chelseas midfield to our midfield and you will see why we have lost today.
I have to agree, although this does come from being pretty low. This season really has tested me to the limit too. I'll stick in there though.
Downing is so infuriating to watch, I can't think of any player I actually hated more. I can deal with crap players, Nunez and co, but Downing is actually worse than Voronin. He has no desire, effort, ability, decisiveness, I even question his apparent pace and has a word ever described someone before as much as dilly dally. £35m for Carroll was a lot, but he has shown improvement and has age on his side, but the near £20m for Downing is a joke.
The sooner you realize Dalgleish is not the messiah,but an incompetent manager, and ditch him, the quicker you will recover.
