well what a protential banana skin this is against wba with roy as there manager.i hope it dosent go wrong as i believe that we now have the manager in charge who should of been in charge from day one when rafa left.hopefully the results will go our way this weekend and that we can put more pressure on the two teams above us,but i have this feeling roy will get some revenge
I think you are reflecting the opinion of many reds mate! Whilst in the end I wanted Roy to go because I just think he wasnt suited to the club and task; I did also feel sorry for him, it must of been aweful hearing thousands chant stuf about you, questioning your ability and asking for you to be replaced by others. He must have been in a very lonely place that I hope I never visit! As a result I bet he is dieing to prove the doubters and himself that he is a good manager. I think he is, just not at a large Premiership team. I hope we win but the stage is set. Big test for us. Come on you Reds!

I think we can sneak a win. Maybe just one goal in it. Arsenal would've beaten them had Almunia not decided to try and collect a ball 30 yards out, and our defence is better than theirs these days.

Great fella,but not the right man to manage Liverpool.He was what Hicks and Gillett wanted at the time a ''Yes Man''.They didn't want a manager with balls like Rafa that would stand up to them.He left the club with real dignity unlike a certain spanish striker that currently plays for a small club.
