Oh my word. It's bad enough being spammed by threads about rumours heard on twitter and ja606. Now we've hit an all time low; a thread based on a twitter rumour heard via ja606! Genius.
lf you need to know about our prospective new signing - http://www.talksport.co.uk/magazine...-dortmund-hero-man-united-are-set-land-171290
Now then Gents, Apparently we are after Borussia Dortmund's Japan international playmaker Shinji Kagawa, looks like he would be a pretty decent player and is the type of player we need. "TalkSPORT understands Kagawa, who has scored 13 goals in the German top flight this season from 30 appearances, is set sign a three-year deal at Old Trafford. United are willing to part with around £7m for his services as his contract expires in 2013, with the 23-year-old expected to earn around £5m-a-season." Thoughts?
Manchester United Football Club are lining up a bid for Gylfi Sigurdsson. Sir Alex Ferguson is keen to bolster his midfield during the summer, with Paul Scholes approaching the end of his career and the future of Darren Fletcher unclear. Reports in The Mirror claim the Reds boss has taken a liking to Icelandic ace Sigurdsson, who has been in fine form since joining Swansea City on loan in the New Year. The 22-year-old is under contract at Hoffenheim, but the German club could struggle to reject an offer of £10million from the reigning Premier League champions.
Borussia Dortmund midfielder Shinji Kagawa will wait until after the German Cup final before announcing where his future lies. The Japan international has already told Dortmund he would not be extending his one-year deal, which was confirmed by the club last week. Manchester United have been linked with a move for the highly-rated midfielder, but the 23-year-old will not confirm anything until after their clash with Bayern Munich. "I have not taken a decision just now," he told Bild. "I will only decide after the match against Bayern Munich and it will be after long discussions with my agent." After it emerged Kagawa would not be signing a new deal, Dortmund's fans have been backing him and he is pleased with how they have reacted. "I am pleased to get massive support from the Dortmund supporters and the Dortmund crowd in recent weeks. This is just fine, I am enjoying this very much. "We are now trying to even more win the remaining match against Bayern Munich in the German Cup. "It would be our fifth straight win against Bayern and would be even more of an icing on the cake. "To win the Bundesliga and the German Cup in one season would be just great." Meanwhile, Kagawa rubbished claims he had fallen out with team-mate Robert Lewandowski. "I do not have any troubles with Robert Lewandowski. I have been surprised by some stories, some of them two weeks ago. Some things are just untrue, but I will learn from those things. I have been talking to Robert about this," he said. "We have said this is no issue for us and I am just sorry some feel things are bad due to these stories. "You just need to see those recent matches to know that I enjoy playing alongside Robert as much as playing with all the other players of the team. We have handed each other enough chances to score."
Nicked off Redricho on Redcafe, murmurings tbh, no sources but hes seems to be itk according to them on there.
https://twitter.com/#!/FreddieBoswell7 says we have already signed Subotic from Dortmund and that the midfielder from Udinese is a DM set to be replaced by Muriel. Asamoah the Udinese player, also of interest to Liverpool.
Modric available at the right price and interested in a move to United. Was offered to us last year but we didnt want to pay the price offered and he prefered Chelsea. Levy hates chelsea before anyone says well Chelsea will just buy him. Same guy as above btw.
GuardianJamieJ Gaitan "would like to play for Manchester United" says his agent. full story soon #mufc
Kagawa is a lesser version of Nani... do you know anything at all about Kagawa? He plays a different position and has a completely different style of play, saying he is a lesser version of Nani is just silly to be honest. Again, do you know anything about Kagawa (FM stats not included )? He is no worse at heading the ball than Sneijder, who is hardly great in the air himself (and all three are pretty much the same height), and he isn't bad at long shots neither, he just prefers keep possession and look for better options rather than rifle in a dozen hopeful shots a game. Kagawa is an excellent playmaker in the German league, he has been a major part of Dortmund's recent success and he's still only 23, at the rumored price of £7million he would be a great bargain buy.
Spot on however the new team would have Evra missing as he is getting worse, it's dreadful to watch him these days, as my close mate said, he's brutal. The new signings for me would definately be Llorente & Martinez, Gotze or maybe even Sigurdsson for a snip, this obviously includes Kawaga, I'm excited about that one. Carrick in our defensive position with the odd burst forward and great link up play we have witnessed recently from him
Kagawa to TV Osaka '12th May will be last game for Dortmund and then I will start a new chapter in Manchester United. ' Shinji Kagawa has agreed terms with mufc and will sign in 2 weeks.
