Shinji Kagawa, a very good signing for Chelsea perhaps?

Right I will put this forward as simple as I can in what I believe would be a great deal financially off the pitch and very good on the pitch

Chelsea should sign Borussia Dortmund playmaker Shinji Kagawa

He could cost around or abover the 20m mark but the potential from the guy is there

Only 23 years old the guy can hold his own agaisnt the best of the Bundesliga and in my opinion is better than Marin (who we have signed) and Andre Schurrle (who we have been linked with) playing in the same league

He reminds me a lot of Park Ji Sung of United but better technically, has the running ability and know where the goal is

Football wise it would be a great idea but alo his popularity in Japan and most other parts of Asia could be a winner for Chelsea

Shirt sales would rocket and Chelseas standing in Asia would rise again

He would probably move to Chelsea if we can get Champions League football which is the only stumbling block in my opinion as the guy does seem set on leaving after being an integral cog in Dortmund winning back-to-back Bundesliga titles

And I believe that Roman would be very interested in a lucrative deal for a talented player

    Thoughts?

He doesn't play the same position as Marin mate so I don't think you can say he's better.

I've seen him play many times for Japans' national team, mainly against Australia, who are in the same group. He is seriously good. Really really quick, excellent skills and can score. Because of his smallish size, he's a Ramires type of player. He's busy, gets stuck in and is all over the shop, a real handful for defenders, with the ability to stop on a 1p coin, and take off in a different direction as if rocket powered.
Difficult for me to judge his impact on PL football, certainly the slower more skill based German style suits him. Whether he's the creative midfielder we desperately need is a question too far for me, but he is a very good player.

Horrendously bad team player. He is essentially Sturridge in a different positition. No point.
