I saw it happen at about the 80min mark, mostly behind the goal at first then filtered out to the centre stand. Its not the first time the stadium has had a fire drill and it wont be the last either...<laugh>

Attendence 23,000 just under 3/4 qtrs full for a play-off semi final and biggest most important game of the season and possibly History.

2 pretty crap teams ,West Ham had big sam stamped right through them and cardiff had...er, well nothing of note really, if the premiership is poor this year then the championship must be utter bollocks if cardiff managed to finish 6th!! <ok>

I thought they were going for coffee Nev !! seriously though, what a **** team and a crap atmosphere at Lego land tonight, their plastic fans stayed away in their thousands and the ones that were there made no effort to get behind their team ! to cap it all off they **** off home to the valleys 10-20mins before the end..<laugh>

Never say never in football, but i cant see cardiff having enough long ball to trouble west ham at upton park. The quitest ground in the league ? that'll be legoland..<laugh>

That was a poor game of football, Cardiff passing was non existent straight to a West Ham player. Big Sam must have been rubbing his hands with glee.

We've had them all on here having it large about attendances, and the biggest home game of the season and big empty spaces.

I just saw on Twitter that apparently West Ham fans were singing "You're just a small town in Swansea" and "If you're losing and you know it tap your head"!

The only surprise was the hammers didn't score one or two more goals and killed the tie off completely.

Yes 0-2 still leaves the door slightly ajar , i was hoping West Ham would kill this game off for the good of football..<laugh>

2 crap teams and a shame one of them makes it to the final :)

Norway, couldnt believe all the empty seats that were there from the start. This comming from a club who reckon they will need 60,000 seats if they get in the premier league. Yet they couldnt fill their ground for the rehersal. All this big club talk comming back to haunt them now.

Didn't see the game but they would probably have had some separation between the home fans and the away fans so that would reduce capacity. But by my reckoning that still probably leaves 1500 or so empty seats. Why?

    Finish 'em off, Big Sam!

Knacker, there were a lot of seats empty, without the segregation. Very surprised to see this such well supported side have so many empty. as i said earlier this is the side who would need 60000 seater stadium if promoted. but they will never be able to prove that though would they.

I made the same point, Swamp but it's still not a sellout - and it was a HUGE game. Why?

Can't blame the Jacks for enjoying this bearing in mind the **** we've put up with from Moron Hughs and others over the years about attendances.

why? i dont know, i thought it was a sellout, where i sit, (grand stand) i couldnt see a single empty seat, neither in the canton or grange end. family stand a few, plus a few for segregation, but i was very surprised to hear the figure of just over 23,000.

Swamp I dont want to disagree with you. But watching it on tv there appeared to be quite a few empty seats. in a few areas of the ground. There was a big blue patch of empty seats in what (forgive me never been to your ground) the upper stand towards where you were attacking second half. round about 18 yard line. dont know if that makes sense. but there was defo lots of empties to be seen.
