After destroying Rangers completely, administrators were appointed. Despite their best efforts and the best efforts of the SFA and SPL it appears Bill Miller is now on course to takeover Rangers. It is perhaps a little bit premature to decide that the SFA and SPL will roll over completely once again, and allow Rangers off virtually Scot free. Instead of been stripped of their history and demoted to the Scottish third Divisions. Poor Sally thought both were likely, it could well be that the always Rangers compliant Scottish Authorities are preparing to let the huns off again. How stupid can they be. No one that has anything directly or indirectly to do with Celtic has caused Rangers self inflicted problems. It is not Celtic fault that there will be no Rangers playing at Ibrox by the year 2015. Miller will have closed Rangers down by then.
