That was quite interesting, it's good to hear Henry's opinion, he always seem very honest without actually getting in the way (unlike Abramovich). It does sound as though Dalglish may be replaced at the end of the season.

Yeah, that does make me sad

Maybe tomorrow will save him? I think he deserves to be given more time, until christmas? I was really pissed off when Rafa was forced out, annoyed when Roy came in but then overjoyed when KK came back

Reminded me of when I was a lad him being back at the helm

I do think we have some good owners. Not afraid to make decisions but not at the expense of derailing the whole team i.e. could have easily got rid of Kenny at the same time as Damien but didn't because he saw the bigger picture.

The longer the DoF position goes unfulfilled, the more I can see Kenny being bumped up.

I think he is probably gone, they acted quick to remove Comolli and probably lining up someone better to get their plan set quick, but it was pointless to get rid of Kenny as it's nearly over and we have a cup final to win. They can't just blame Comolli, I'm sure they think its both of them for the poor signings. Kenny should be given more time, unless they have a big name lined up with an attractive European football playing style who can attract big names. It sounds conclusive from those quotes in the article, but I am unsure still. Just see what happens.....

I hate changing managers mid season. I'd should always be a last resort I say.

The thought of Dalglish as DoF has crossed my mind to.

I don't think we should be discussing this the day before the FA cup final though.

Absolutely, totally agree. Just wanted to bring ppls attention to it (that sounds sarcastic but it isnt, we need to lift that cup tomorrow)

Sounds to me like a bit of kite flying by Fisher.

Firstly, it is highly unlikely that he would "bump into" John Henry by accident. Secondly, John Henry is a very experienced business man and owner and I strongly doubt that he would be so injudicious with his comments. Thirdly, the flow of the conversation as reported is just too neat. Finally, if this meeting was premeditated by Fisher he would have reorded it and he is not offering any transcript.

I suppose, if you really want to try, you could suggest that henry was trying a bit of kite flying of his own. However, I'm sure he would have chosen a better messenger than Fisher! After all who the bloody hell is Fisher?

Well, I said when all this "debate" over KD started the only people in the correct position to decide if the season was good enough or if money was wasted are the ones supplying it. As suggested previous actions show that if these guys think it's bad they'll act quickly.

It's only a couple of weeks until end of season so it might be an idea just to wait & see!

Reading some comments from so called LFC fans (not this site) hoping we don't win tomorrow in case it means KD survives....leaves me gob smacked.

Think I'll stay away from everything & enjoy my team competing in a final. External WUMS I can stomach & even on occasion enjoy but so called fellow fans going into a FA cup final hoping we lose? The shirt should be burned from their backs.

No way would John Henry be publically undermining his own asset like that.
