Not been able to post all week. So too confusing with all these threads. Not sure but the Allams have bailed the club out. It seemed sneaky to me the way Barmby and Pearson gave it the big we have identified our targets bollocks!! What in April?? Nothing done till June at the earliest i thought. Not sure about Allams 40k striker either.
Its said Barmby and the Allams met yesterday afternoon? My way of thinking is they had to jettison Pearson, should have been sacked after buying into the black and white scum anyway. It was a smack on the nose for Barmby. good on em. Now with his past history of taking his ball home, its up to him?

Seriously where is he going to go. Man up Nick. Its your ideal job. We all applauded the Allams for facing up to Bullard, they are doing the same with this disloyalty.

Once the dust settles I think all the hysteria will die down with it. Neither the Allams or Pearson or Barmby have aquitted themselves particularly well in this fiasco and battle of egos.

But there has still been too many people getting hot under the collar when really, this is the sort of thing that just happpens sometimes in life - and football - which is a part of life.

And that's not being apathetic either. It's being sensible!

My favourite post from Premier Tiger 13/01/12
"I ain't being smug, I'm just just trying to explain to you that just because we aren't spending millions, it doesn't mean millions aren't available.

It is unfair at this stage to have a go at either the Allams or NB, time will dictate if their way is right or not. If NB doesn't want to sign a big name forward their is bugger all we can do about it, however much we disagree, but lets give him time to prove us all wrong.

There is money available if NB wants it, his current thinking is that he doesn't. Right or wrong, time will tell."

My second favourite post from Premier Tiger 2/05/12
I think it shows what type of people they are when they come out saying all this b*llocks about making funds to sign players in January when neither Nick or Adam are able to respond to their story. This is nothing but a PR stunt from the Allams trying to cover the quite frankly awful way they have handled this whole affair.

Fine if they want to sack Nick/Adam, but show some guts and no it for real footballing reasons (not that I personally think they would be warranted) rather than suspend them for comments made to the media and then refuse to discuss the situation, do they think we are stupid?

And as for wanting a more direct contact with the management team, are they having a laugh? They are clueless about football so what the hell are they going to bring to the table.

Stop digging Chazz, you have no idea what's gone on, but the bloke you're attempting to discredit knows exactly what's gone on.

Bearing that in mind, I suggest you spend no further time making a **** of yourself.

    Just a suggestion. <ok>

You are right i dont know OLm. But they are his posts. I really dont think im making a **** of myself. Im not attempting anything.
There is only one winner here. The bloke with the money. You have said he's paid the money owed, no one else is going to buy us. Nick needs to tow the line. Something he has never done. He walks or he stays, its his choice.
As a City fan i move on either way.

I'm not anti-Allam, he saved our club and I have no desire to see him leave, but I think he's treated Nick really badly and I think once the truth comes out, I suspect you will too.

Maybe you wait to hear both sides before deciding who is in the wrong.

And for the record, it's 'toe the line'.

I'd have put money on it being 'tow the line' but I know for a fact I'm getting thicker as I get older so no doubt I'm wrong about this one.

I reckon by time I'm 60 I'll be thick as arseholes.

It's to do with lines in Parliament that people weren't supposed to cross, or something like that.

I'm repeating what I'm sure I read on here in the last couple of days.

EDIT: Now I'm thinking about it, isn't the full phrase "toeing the party line"?

And would that make these the lines:

Definitely O/T now but the lines are two swords lengths apart so they couldn't kill each other in the old days (more's the pity)

100% correct I said that, but as you stated it was on the 13/1 - when the Allams were still making the right noises to the management team about funds being available. We had a cash bid in for Hammill (600k) and were very to signing 2 other quality players on loan (neither strikers I'd like to add). NB as never wanted, nor asked for millions, as I have stated in many threads, the targets identified were quality young loan players and out of contract players, he is/was fully aware of the financial commitment made by the Allams and as a fan of Hull City himself, wouldn't dream of doing anything to risk taking it back in to financial problems.

However, things soon changed, granted the Hammill bid was rejected by Wolves, not the Allams fault, but the funding was then not offered when at least 2 other permanent targets where identified instead (one being Marshall from Stoke) and when we were finally offered Hammill on loan in Feb, they wouldn't even fund his wages until the end of the season.

It has become apparent since January also, that severe cost cutting/penny pinching at the club has taken place. It isn't fair for me to highlight many of the issues, because they are things I have been told in private, but it really angers me when they come out with all this stuff about millions being available for Billy Sharp and 50k a week in wages, the things they are saying in public are a complete contradiction from what they are ACTUALLY doing and saying in private.

I've said it loads of times now, action speak louder than words.

Can't say I'm surprised they rejected £600k for Hammill after signing him for allegedly double that.

How can anyone judge any of them we Don't know any facts about any of it yet and if people get paid off part of the agreement will be not to disclose anything to the public so we may never know
