Having looked up Diaspora (!) it isn't accurate. Norway, New York, Finn and Igor were all born in the country in which they reside (I don't think I've forgotten anyone else there, but apologise if I have). As for Cerny, he didn't seem happy with being left out, nor my not wanting his opinion on this matter. Maybe he didn't spot the link as quickly as you.
Hoops abroad is a possible. Cheers Peru, you are another who was born abroad (I'm sure you are still aware of this!), sorry to have missed you off the list above.
"Hoops Abroad" sounds very Good Peruvian. It covers those born in England and those who were born abroad under the one umbrella of the Hoops.
