Yeah yeah, but what about this bit. . 68 goals, 46 in the league, and still a few games to go......Probably top 70... Ok he is probably the best player in the world, but if he changed his mind and ever joined a Prem team, just how well would he do?
He's the greatest player that has ever lived in my opinion. He would do very well in the premerier league. Imagine him at City. Messi, Aguero and Tevez up front. Blimey.
Think hes only had about 7 goals from penalties, wheras Ronaldos goals from prnalties this season is runninh into the teens
Jacky - Your on the right line as his record is far superior to Messi. But hey, while records are there to be broken a modern player has so many more chances with more games played. A bit before your time but try to catch him on You Tube as he was magic along with Cruyff. ....With national records of 68 goals in 62 international appearances, 365 goals in 427 Bundesliga games and the international record of 66 goals in 74 European Club games, he was one of the most successful goalscorers of his era. Müller is now 8th on the list of all time international goalscorers despite playing fewer matches than every player in the top 15. His nicknames are âBomber der Nationâ (the nation's Bomber)....... In 1970 Müller was elected European Footballer of the Year after a successful season at Bayern Munich and scoring 10 goals at the 1970 World Cup. Müller held the all-time goal-scoring record in the tournament with a 14-goal total, a record that stood for 32 years until it was broken by Brazil's Ronaldo against Ghana in the Round of 16 of the 2006 World Cup. In 1999, he was voted ninth place in the European player of the Century election held by the IFFHS and he was voted thirteenth in the IFFHS' "World Player of the Century" election. Career Total (P) 555 (G) 487 !!!!! Sign him up, he's only 67
I prefer Ronaldo despite him not being as good as Messi (although probably more rounded), and Ronaldo being a complete twerp.
