Would be pretty harsh on Newcastle if we win the Champions League and they finish fourth. They have to push for third place now in order to be sure. As for us, it's time to completely forget about the league. We need to give it our all in the two Cup finals and play our reserves in the two remaining league matches.

Dunno if anyone's watching CTV now Pat Nevin made some brilliant points, we threw together a lacklustre midfield against one of the best midfields in the league, that was our downfall! Malouda was our mistake, Mata would've added balance and linked up play a lot better than Malouda did.
Watching those goals again, the second one is the best premier league goal I have seen since Essien vs Arsenal. Absolutely sensational. I'm not sure Newcastle will be holding onto him. Every club is going to have a sniff now. I would say I believe a draw would have been fair based on balance of play, but those goals deserve to win world cups. Sensational. I thought Ba was good, but Cisse, oh my lord he is phenomenal. Take the 3 points on a plate of you are going to score goals like that.
