We might as well get the ball rolling now.

Start at the very bottom and make OUR club our own. Forget the idiots "in charge" of our club and start from scratch.

From how it looks now we are going to end up in liquidation when the Allams demand their £50m back. Even if that doesn't happen the heart and soul of our club has no chance.

I still blame Duffen, Brown and Bartlett. We should have been sitting pretty with no need for a rescue from the Allams. I feel stupid to have trusted the Allems.

AFC City of Hull: how quickly can we get set up? We could be non-league for 7 - 10 years and then come back to the league as a proper club. Maybe get some of the old legends to play for us in the meantime. Now that Nick Barmby is jobless maybe he'd like to be player manager (maybe chairman too)?

Eventually we'd be back at the KC since the current club could go under. Crowds of 3 - 5 thousand in the non-leagues would help us progress quickly.

I'm up for it. I just need a Euromillions win and I can invest a couple of million!

Any rich backers out there who could start us off?

    Ehab out! Assem out!

Yes I know. I've gone off the deep end, completely bonkers now! Clutching at straws. Delusional. Barking mad. Doo-lally. Coming out with stupid, mad ideas. Too right.

I just can't believe what's happened in the last few days. How anyone can remain sane in all of this is beyond me. Get me my straight jacket!

    Doctor!

sleep on it and let the dust settle. soon you ll be saying: "Adam Who?". Let's hope we aren't saying: "Nicky Who?" in a few days. But if we are, then move on. I ve seen worse, and we have been in worse positions. I still think NB has shown blind faith and although Adam Pearson did a lot for Hull City, he did a lot more for Adam Pearson. More and more, I keep seeing a modern day Don Robinson regime developing, and they were nt bad times, on the field anyway. You never know, we ll soon be playing on the moon, or Melton, whichever be the easiest to fund!

    lol

Sorry mate, but you've lost your marbles.

Your teddy is so far out of the cot that it has just shot past the voyager probe at something close to the speed of light.

The only thing that will catch it is your dummy!

Thanks for making us all laugh though :)

    I know.

It's important for everyone connected with City to support the lads whatever the outcome of all this. It's not their fault, they're in the middle of it all.

One manager doesn't make a club, and although, it's gutting to see him go, as i'd like to have seen him improve on this season, we have to move on once this is settled.

All this talk of boycotting events and protesting is sounding like closet Geordie bollocks.

And i can tell you now, if the new manager is a success people will be happy to forget Barmby, just as the the Cartoon Army have all dropped their anti Mike Ashley tirades.

Exactly. Making Barmby manager was a massive risk - maybe the owners are looking to take less of a risk next season with someone like Mick McCarthy etc.

Lets just hold fire and see what actually happens.

So what colours will AFC Hull City play in then? ;)
