Well hes played Marshall central when he should be on the wing, so hopefully this will solve the problem.
but hes really needed on the wing, for his crosses, like against WHU when he crossed to Beckford. We don't really offer any threat from headers with the class of crossing we've seen this season.
One thing we need to improve on is set peices Marshall and Gallagher can both stick decent crosses in but we never seem to threaten or anything
but in the middle he could roam and shoot. Future as a winger, class in the hole. We need anoter quality winger, one strong CM (next to Danns) and we are maybe ok, add one striker perhaps.
I would like Koren but i wouldnt be too upset if we didnt get him. I think Ben Marshall offers simaliar things to Koren but Marshall is younger and i think he will become a better player then Koren
I'd rather we spend the wages elsewhere and keep Ben Marshall as I honestly think that next season he will be our Player of the Season and maybe even the football league player of the year. He'll be vital for us. Not saying Koren is bad, but at 32 he's hardly the long term option. Play Marshall behind the striker(s), two old school wingers each side of him and Danns and an old school defensive midfielder behind them. Sounds so dreamy on paper.
Gally is arguably the worst corner taker I have ever seen in a City shirt - why he is ever allowed to take them is beyond me - he rarely clears the first defender.
