    Not only bad news for Newcastle but ROI aswell with Doyle probably out for rest of season also.There is a chance for a certain Reading player,Shane Long who I believe is linked to us

    If this is true then I hope that Nile Ranger realises that he has been presented with a golden opportunity to make a name for himself.
    Shola's injury last season gave Andy Carroll the chance to grab the number one striker's spot in the team and he never looked back. With Best out and Shola unhappy to play in his mask, Ranger has a similar opportunity.
    Of Course he has to prove to Pardew that he has changed his attitude, but he has the capabilities to play at this level.

    If he is played up front on his own, he could borrow Shola's mask and call himself the Lone Ranger!!!!
