99.9% of the fans are disgusted with this; although the obvious prats saying it's Barmby's fault and we'd complain if the Allam's put £60million because they didn't put £70million.

IMO, I'm annoyed the Allam's have what, £417million and will not spend a penny on my football team in improving us. They have sacked the most passionate manager we've ever had and a director of football that saved us twice and gave a sh**e about our team. The Allam's silence has annoyed me even more

No one got banned for posting or wumming. Just abuse directed at another member and racism. Both was warned prior to being banned by me and OLM. They didnt listen, its their own fault

He hasn't got any debt, he's worth £400m, he paid off £50m of debt at Hull City as soon as he took over.

Your manager has been basically sacked for absolutely no apparent reason. Of course its going to be a talking point in football.

OLM you seem to know a bit behind the scenes, do you have any idea what the real reason behind this is? Surely it cant be that interview. Even Brian McDermott and Nigel Adkins will be saying that over the next few days

If someone starts a war because a poster from another club has posted a less reactionary opinion on this than our fans are then I'm quite happy to ask Syd to ban them from our board as well when the Leicester mods ask for them to be banned from there. Until people started looking at avatars rather than post content there was no pettyness on this thread.

How much did you want them to spend?

The Allams do not have 417M, they are worth that, how much they have at their disposal is far less. Allam Marines was valued at over 300M, so the maximum the Allams have at their disposal is 117m.

And the club and SMC is some of that £117M, assuming they're doing it in a holding company we're £51M of it alone because we'll be in at our actual value with the rest of the money as "Goodwill" which is written off over time.
 
Burns sounds really really angry at the way Nick has been treated and the ridiculous statement, one thing he pointed out that no one else has mentioned is the fact that Nick didn't ask for the managers job and he waited a long time before signing because he wanted assurances. Obviously the Allams have not kept their promises and Nick gave up being a player to take the job on even if he didn't have long left. Bet the Allams are running round like headless chickens now wondering how the hell they get themselves out of this mess. A lot of idiots on RH as usual, can't believe they are city supporters, how can anyone think there is anything right about this decision. Why the hell can't someone tell us something instead of that stupid non statement.
 
Just seems hard to believe what I've read and heard over the last few hours, seems like two good guys are on the way out. Fed up with money in football, can we have our game back please?

So pi$$ed off I'm going to the pub early to watch the even sillier money brigades. No work tomorrow so might have a few more than originally planned. The local Cov fans better stay quiet tonight.
