Good Afternoon Hornets Just a quick update for you. I haven't forgotten about the Fun League. As soon as the Premier League fixtures complete over the next week or so, I'll post the final League Tables for you ... also, a personal thanks to you too. You've been one of the very few teams we've had decent banter/conversations with this season (obviously triggered by the events of last summer) but also before, during and after both league games. I fully understand the emotion involved and it could have been a recipe for disaster but credit where its due, you proved yourselves to be top draw fans of a club I now have a lot of time and respect for
Hi H bomb. Thanks for doing this for us, and i have to admit that the Cardiff fans were the best for banter. Rarely did it descend into swearing and abuse, 99% of the time it was well reasoned and good humored.
Hi H...thanks for that. I know there are a few of us who have a bit of a problem with your manager at the moment, but i'd hope that we wouldn't take that out on the fans, unless they goaded us...which to their credit, they didn't. Managers come and go, (and your manager can go **** himself lol) but the fans are the people that matter. Enjoy the rest of your season!
In fairness to MM, few of us thought Cardiff would get back into the playoffs once you dropped out of them, with good reason given his track record in the second halves of previous seasons. Credit where it's due to him for keeping you going. (The worst fans in this division were Southampton's, but I'm not allowed to be honest about them. With good reason.)
I hope their club goes extinct. And I hope their council starts getting as snobby about football as Brighton's when Southampton's 300-odd genuine fans try to form a phoenix club.
