Finally something that we all agree on. This is a solid signing. Let's try and help him settle in and not get down on him if he doesn't score right off the getgo. It may well be that he plays on the left and a little deeper than he does at Koln and so fans need to be patient. I think that this is the advantage of having the money available for once, and being able to spend before we sell. The only signing I would like to see now, and I can't say if such a player exists, but I would like a top class full-back that can play either side. Hope we can resign Walcott and RVP long term and move on, but if we can't, we need to flog them early and give up on signing them, so that we can buy replacements.
Trust Wenger to buy one of the best players in the world for what? 10 mil? Easy! This guy has been Germany's best player for many years. I rate him better than Ozil, since he can finish as well as create, just like RVP.
