Seems every season you win a title, there is a strong taint on it. 86 - Won the title due to a Hearts choke and corrupt ex-players (McGarvey) helping you out. 88 - Only won it after your players crocked Butcher and Woods and McAvennie feigning injury which resulted in our players recieving BOTP charges. 97 - Our side dies on it's arse as the refs/SFA conspire to help Jansen win the title. O'neil titles - Brutish side hacked and bulldozed it's way to titles - even though Big Eck managed to get a patchwork side to stop the most brutal SPL side in history - how Bob O'Balde never got done for GBH is beyond me. 08 - Although he was never accepted due to him not being Celtic minded, he at least did manage to win some untainted title, but 08 was absolutely humming. Edge you seem to be an expert on tainted titles , is that because Rangers have won 54 of them ???the fun is still to begin as the sfa strip you of them , and one by one the stars will be taken off your strip. If you win the trophy for lower division clubs , is it called the Challenge Cup ??? next season . You can put one back on !!!

Defunct cup !!! European cup / champions league is still the same competition . The cup winners cup was brought to halt , what was the point in it ????when teams were qualifying after getting thrashed in their domestic cup final . 1972 is a prime example. 1972 will also be remembered as the only time a team got presented with the trophy in the changing rooms after their fans rioted
celtic fans ran on to the pitch in lisbon at the final whistle just as rangers fans ran on to the pitch in barcelona at the final whistle. only difference was that the spanish police attacked the rangers fans that night and both trophies were presented off the pitch. the lisbon police kept a low profile as celtic fans went on a drunken rampage afterwards, which was why lisbon never applied for another european final for over 40 years.
Where's Superhooper? SH can you please go back the last two years and count how many points Rangers need taking away for Jelavic goals which won/drew matches - since they still haven't paid for Jelavic and never will. We also need to figure out all the players that were bought/paid with that £18m Llyods money which was transferred to Ticketus and will never be paid back, and take those points out too. Then we will know how many titles were tainted. I'd do it myself only I can't be annoyed.
