As has been said by quite a few on here, Hodgson has a wealth of experience both home and abroad, and is fluent in five different languages, that said he may feel the need to resume his studies at night school because as far as i know he is not fluent in the F.A's mother tongue, DOUBLE DUTCH.<whistle>

Good appointment for me. I think that dodgy Harry shot his bolt with this last court case, we all know he got off with it but **** sticks and the F.A. never forget.
It's like when they should have appointed Cloughie all those years ago but he was too outspoken for them, ( them and Tom Cowie, otherwise we would have had him at Roker Park)
I definitely think that Hodgson can do the job for England, lets face it, any one of us with a modicum of knowledge about the English game could pick the team but could we get them to play for us.

Not for me, the FA has appointed a very uninspiring yes man.

The FA have been panicked into appointing somebody because Terry Connor is going to be available soon :)
