I dont know if there is anything in this rumour but nothing would surprise me about this club.
I remember when Tommy Docherty walked out after 28 days after a row with Jim Gregory.
Being a QPR fan is a bit like being a junkie.
The chaos, the next fix, the drama, the mood swings, the craving.
The whole vibe of this club is dysfunctional.
Bad day today but its just another moment of tristesse in this glorious but doomed love affair.

If he resigns, his reputation would be shot. Can't see the logic of it as he talked of the long term plan under TF and that still holds true (doesn't it?) and we are not down yet in any event.

IF he has resigned. Maybe TF went away and did some "thinking" again about a most important decision.

Barton in charge for next week.

And so it starts to unravel.....MH has walked but they might wait until a day or 2 before our biggest game to bring in a temporary replacement??? I've sent for the medication!

I can imagine a man like Hughes offering his resignation after a drubbing like that. I can see TF being tempted to accept. Hopefully they will have a meet after a (good/bad/indifferent) night's sleep and have a more sensible discussion in the colder light of day. If Hughes has indeed gone, then relegation a complete certainty. I think this is a Chinese Whisper.

Of course this could really be a "First Team Player" trying to take some of the attention away from the **** performance by .... the first team players.

And Guardiola to realise his lifetime's ambition and be QPR's new manager.

It was simply inevitable, written in the stars,

And even more so this. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if he offered to resign, but with the end of the season TF would be a fool to accept.

If only this could be shown to be true. On Twitter, on another site, and in writing to the club, I have made clear how angry I was when they sacked Warnock and brought in Hughes. Had a call from Philip Beard after my last letter to discuss the points I had raised (in January) and I told him then that Hughes was the wrong man for the club and that TF and co would regret hitting the panic button in the way they did.
Have ended up getting to games, when I can, to support the team, yet not giving two $h#t5 about the manager.

Watching the team elect to play football at home and not bother away, under Hughes, has become something I have been forced to put up with.

I, personally, have not changed my mind since the day he was appointed and can't wait for the door to smack him on the ar5e on the way out, whether we stay up, or not!
