I just though I would thank the scum who spoilt what should have been a great last away game of the season for me and several of my friends.
Yes, this thank you goes to the three cars full (about 15 of you) of infantile morons who thought it was big and hard to harrass eight lost Hull City fans to the Plaistow tube station.
I find it very sad that the only thing you can find to do after winning a game of football is to ride around in your cars looking for a small group of away fans to attack! Even sadder is when your average age was about 30!
I can only suppose this act is to try and make up for their penile dysfunction!
CONGRATULATIONS, YOU ARE REAL HARD MEN!
I only hope you get lost when you visit Hull next season, if you don't get promoted, and meet some of our less friendlier locals.
Then again, I doubt they would venture any where North of Watford. With their brain power I doubt they could read the road signs!

I would like to say good luck in the playoff's, but I don't think I will.
In fact Cardiff have just gained my best wishes for two games as I would rather cheer on a Welsh Club than a London Club that is stuck in the past!
I suppose these 15 idiots can always go and support Millwall next season after you have gone bust.
They should fit in very nicely there!

Following football is still really primitive in that part of London. It's must be amazing to most ordinary supporters that West Ham fans don't seemed to have moved with the times at all over the last twenty years. Sounds like it's the same place I visited thirty years ago. What amazes me is that nothing seems to have been done to address the problem they have. Whereas some clubs' fans have faced punititve restrictions and mass banning orders West Ham seem to just continue in the stone age.

Right, so 15 morons mean the other 35 odd thousand should be tarred with the same brush ? And you are aiming this message on here because well, they must be here right ?

I am sorry that some of you came across these imbeciles, but you have them at your club as well, as ALL clubs do.

Are you having a laugh? I go to the Boleyn on a regular basis and trouble is very rare.
All clubs have the same problem, no club is immune.

    Correct.

Old reputations die hard - it's a fact in football circles, but some seem to have made greater advances than others.

Despite a dreadful history (although very much hyped up by the media), Cardiif City have made massive inroads into the problem to the extent that it was awarded the Championship Family Club of the Year 2011.

Other clubs would do well to follow the same path for the betterment of the football experience for all.

You can't really have a crack at an entire following because you encountered a handful of arseholes.

And no self respecting Hammer would jump onto our mighty bandwagon if they went out of business...

Christ, we wouldn't even let them have a look through the turnstiles let alone give them admission

I thought the OP was a bit over the top, although it is frightening if you are not into intimidation etc, didnt sound like they were attacked, but none the less they were probably seen as an easy target for the Morons, as said earlier you cant tar all Ammers fans with the same brush, and yes all clubs have them, we still have and they are still proud of their exploits, I am 50 and grew up supporting Cardiff through some dreadful times, especially in the late 70's and 80's and it is difficult to shift the mentality of some of these clowns stuck in the dark ages, you know the type. The sort of moron who thinks that away supporters shouldnt be there and take an afront to them being on your Manor etc etc etc. There are not many of these clubs about anymore, but it is very difficult to lose the reputation, aka West Ham, Millwall, Cardiff, Stoke to name but a few.

Why are you surprised at the behaviour of illiterate oiks from West Ham - it goes with the territory.
I,m afraid you will be seeing them next season, because they sure ain,t going to win the play offs.
They who thought this season was a walkover for them.
And when they fail they will be in serious financial difficulties - half the players will be sold off before
    next season starts.

So what you are saying is that it's ok for the dick-heads in Hull to do it, but it's disgraceful that it happens elsewhere?

15 people out of a crowd of 30,000+ attack you (equal to >0.05%) so you write a pile of steroetyped **** slagging all of us off? I hope you got a kicking. You sound like you deserve it.

Everyone has stories of being attacked by a superior number of fans after being caught alone at an away football match, it's happened at 3 grounds outside of London to me, I guarantee people have them about being beaten in Hull too, it's just most people have a bit of a brain and don't think it's indicative of everyone. My best mate is a Millwall fan.

Isawroonymoorescore. I disagree, all teams have them, the 3 grounds I was attacked at have no name for football violence at all. Some blokes just like fighting.

Hanging around after a game is not the wisest of moves St George and as the heavy Police presence dissappears the Vultures will circle on their prey.
Funnily enough the last time i got caught out was at Hull last season and i was in the company of other Hull supporters as well, everyone has their idiots who will pounce if an opportunity arises.

I`ve been to Upton along with a few other so called "Hostile" away Grounds and in my experience most of the Idiots who go around mob handed looking for trouble have prob never set foot in a Football Stadium. Just Feral Chavs who watch to many silly Movies.

If being a moderator for a fans forum makes you a 'somebody' then you really have low expectations of what being a 'somebody' really is.
Perhaps you should read a book by a local lad of yours (Lord Sugar) then you would understand what being a 'somebody' really is!

I take some of the points made about tarring many with the same brush as the 'oiks' and for those people, then perhaps my words may have been a bit hasty.

    As for Miggins -
No I didn't get a good kicking, as I am smart enough and have been to enough away games, to know not to retaliate to such moronic people.
That isn't to say though that should the situation have escalated, me or my friends would not have defended ourselves (which we are more than capable of doing) but to go out looking for trouble really is not what me or my friends are about.
We go for the football, the atmosphere within the ground and meeting and having a few pints with the home fans that are there for the football.
Hooligans are part of the history of football and that is where they should remain, in the past.
The modern game has no place for them, especially in the presence of families walking home from the game such as the main road near Plaistow Tube station!

The less friendlier locals I referred to, tend to be some of the Rugby fans (Hull Has two Super League teams) who are mostly 'our' Hooligan element, and as someone else pointed out, do not have much association with Football!

I have no problem in dealing with FACTS, but have no time for folk who generalise and lack knowledge.
As i have said, all clubs have their braindead idiots but i can't see why they feel the need to vent their spleen on here. There is about 3 of us on this forum, and none of us were part of this 'gang' who caused you greif.

    St.George;
Its a unfortunate situation, there are some real plebs out there............in every town, City & village! But, to go on a forum pointing the finger is actually pretty outrageous, just what reaction did you hope to get, an apology from the gang member? These lads are just fans, & frankly theres too few Hammers on here already, without you pointing the finger of blame over the net.
Chances are, next time your in the same place, the thugs will be somewhere else, its just life.

I pretty much said my initial post was made in haste in my last comment, but you know how it is when you need to vent your spleen (thanks for the quote Cockney), sometimes that can be a bit misguided.
I wasn't aware that your following on here is so small. The idiots I encountered probably can't read any way!

Good atmosphere at the Boleyn Ground when Saints visited in February. I was with my dad, who's 81 and found the stewards helpful and friendly - they let us out a side exit to save the old man having to queue on the way out. I did get a few comments making my way to the ground by tube, wearing a Saints scarf, but all pretty good natured, and I really didn't feel threatened. I can think of far worse places to visit.

We have a few of our own idiots at Saints as well, as everyone does, but most supporters know the difference between banter and threats, and stay the right side of the line.

West Ham fans and Millwall fans kill each other on sight, or so the press and Hollywood inform me, although neither of us have a liking for violence, I guess that means we're not proper fans.
