If Suarez is winding up opposition fans on the back of an immaculately behaved performance he is doing something right.
Question: how many non-LFC fans in this thread have genuinely read (and skimming through isn't reading) the 115 page report from the FA? I'm guessing the answer is squarely zero. So I'll leave it at that.
Have been away from these boards so this may have already been stated: In the past few months we have played 11, won 2, lost 7 and drawn 2. This is relegation form - thankfully earlier season results have kept us in the Prem for another season. Can't reason out why a team that can beat Spurs away then goes and looses to Blackburn away and capitulates to Man City and Liverpool. Eleven goals scored against and one goal for in three games. Watched Morison play for several weeks - he seems disinterested. The defence, especially Ward, have handed out presents to several teams and seems destined to be rebuilt over the summer months. Vaughan had a history of injury before arriving at CR and has continued in the same manner. I have listened to Lambert say over and over again........the lads have been terrific for me....... look where we were a few seasons ago........... Yes, we all agree that he has produced a team that can compete in the Prem BUT surely it is time to move on and distance ourselves from those days. I sense some complacency in the squad - perhaps too many excuses for defeat from PL? OK, shoot.
You cannot expect the same level of intensity and quality from the team new to the PL throughout the season. Swansea are suffering from the same thing, its not complacency or lack of quality, its just players who haven't experienced the intensity of the premier league before being mentally fatigued after a long season. Its also the fact that Norwich as a team have a very energetic style which means your players are also physically knackered and have run out of ideas after a long season. You'll be alright, I suspect, once you have the summer break. Obviously you need a few additions but the last thing you need is to sign these mythical "PL proven players" coming into your squad and ruining the atmosphere with their arrogance, lack of discipline and ego like Roger Johnson did at Wolves.
I don't think Suarez is racist. He used a racist word, in a non-racist way. The reason I dislike him is because he is a diver and I am bitter that he destroyed my team. John Terry on the other hand...
