    Am i the only one that finds this stupid and abit racist??

    Surely if there good enough they'll get interviewed? You can just demand to get an interview etc because of your skin colour or because your english

    I must admit, this smacks of tokenism at first glance. But given a backdrop of clear under representation of black managers which is a result of old fashioned politics that underpins the game, sometimes you need to artifically create an environment for it to eventually become natural (think Women in the board room, Gays in the Forces etc)

    but it's only for black english managers, not black managers in general, i'm sure the likes of ruud guillt etc would be welcomed into a job, and not just because their black!

    It's nobodies fault the likes of Paul ince are ****e!

    Granted there are very few high level Black English managers... but then again aren't there very few high level English managers? <whistle>
